Our dedicated and experienced team will train your staff to ensure that the transition to using eobResolve’s powerful contract compliance solution is fast and painless.
We offer unlimited training: support for an unlimited number of users for an unlimited amount of time, delivered by our team of seasoned consultants and healthcare billing analysts.
Your team will receive their first session of online training just a few days after implementing eobResolve in your practice. We start with government payors within 48 hours after receiving your first set of EDI files—and handhold your staff through learning their way around the applications. We find that most users are able to operate independently within hours of using the product for the first time. Based on feedback from our clients, NHXS will complete additional training sessions as needed during the early weeks of implementation. Additionally, both formal and informal training is provided as enhancements are added to our solutions and based on the needs of each client.
NHXS also provides user manuals and supplementary documentation, all designed to get your practice up to speed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Your Relationship Manager
Upon becoming an NHXS client, you will be assigned a relationship manager, someone who will work closely with your practice and work to ensure that everything goes smoothly. They often have weekly meetings with groups during the implementation phase, just to make sure your practice is enjoying every advantage possible with the system.
